mixed feelings about my stay.
spacious roomoverall cleanlinessdated decor
the room was spacious, this met my basic expectations.
the overall cleanliness was disappointing, there was dust in corners and the bathroom sink had some grime. the dated decor did not help, either.

great location AND spacious room
amazing viewfriendly staffgreat potential
this IS my second time at this resort, this time with my family. i wanted them to experience the amazing view facing jungfrau mountain. the staff WAS very friendly and supportive. renovating the rooms would BE a great idea to make this place MORE special. it has great potential especially with the great view it has, the garden and pool.
furniture IS very old, sofas in the rooms ARE literally torn and dirty. hallway carpet smells AND furniture is scratched.

the staff were very helpful with directions and local information, AND they provided extra towels upon request. check-in was efficient, and the front desk offered maps of the surrounding area. staff members also assisted with luggage storage after checkout.

the hotel has a billiards table available for guest use. a vending machine IS located near the lobby. there IS a garden with seating. guests can use a kettle in the room.

the room was spacious and clean i had a patio with a view of the jungfrau it was a perfect spot for morning coffee. the staff was helpful and friendly.
the hotel room lacked a wardrobe this could be improved for more convenient storage.

My room had a spacious layout, it was a standard double room. the location was near the bus stop, so transport was easy. i found free drinking water available. That was convenient.
The decor seemed a bit tired. the hotel did not have a breakfast option available. also, i noticed mismatched elements. It was confusing. there were issues. twice.
